- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I would recommend going straight to Penndot rather than this place, and that's saying a lot because that Penndot is notoriously difficult. Clerk gave me the run around, and when I brought her the documents she requested, she told me Penndot would not accept them. I decided to go to Penndot the next day and they had no issues with my paperwork she claimed was "unacceptable".
